United CA: Cultural Cuisine & Affinity Recognition

UCA hosted multiple cultural dishes. (Melanie Q/Staff) On April 29, United Columbus Academy (UCA) hosted its first luncheon to honor affinity AND alliance group leaders.  The celebration featured empanadas, dumplings, gyros, fried rice, and churros, among other dishes.
