Girls Track Places Fourth at April 29th Meet

Academy’s  girls track team ran its way to another strong showing at the Hamilton Township Invitational on April 29. The girls finished fourth out of 11 teams, with 73 points. Several girls posted impressive results against some tough competition.

Another Strong Week for Girls Lacrosse

  The CA girls lacrosse team has been undefeated against CSG for the past five years, including a shut out last season. This dominance has not hindered the teams’ competitiveness, however. Excitement and anticipation heightened as Vikes looked to face their long-standing rival on Thursday, April 28.

Boys Lacrosse Falls to DeSales

On Wednesday, April 20, the boys lacrosse team faced perhaps its toughest opponent of the season in St. Francis DeSales (6-1). After matching the Stallions goal for goal in the first half, the Vikes lost steam early in the third quarter, allowing DeSales to pull away and eventually win, 13-8.

Boys Tennis: Week of April 18th

The past week was a strong one for the boys tennis team. The Vikes swept the courts, defeating Granville, Grandview, and West Jefferson, 5-0 and winning every court in just two sets.
