CA Hosts Inaugural Model UN Convention

Model United Nations Logo (Wikimedia Commons) On Saturday, October 26, and Sunday, October 27, Columbus Academy hosted 48 delegates for the school’s first CAMUN convention.  Model UN students were first assigned to four different committees representing four world nations. In this specific event, Columbus Academy chose North and South Korea, China, and the United States.

“Easy Caprese” by Max

(Max Walker’22/Staff) This week’s recipe is a smooth snack that doesn’t need an oven or a grill. The caprese salad is an Italian delight with creamy mozzarella, sweet tomatoes, and zesty balsamic vinaigrette.  Ingredients: 1 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup honey 3 large tomatoes, cut into slices 1 (16 ounce) package fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into
