Service Board Clothing Closet’s “Glow Up”

Have you ever spilled a drink on your shorts or got a rip in your shirt? The clothing closet is a viable solution for any of these problems. On Monday, October 7, the Service board hosted a closet “glow up” event, getting a structural major make-over, funded by a generous anonymous donor.

The leader of the cleanup is Ms. Krabill’s husband, Jon Krabill, owner of Birdie Brennan Custom Closets. Working with Mr. Krabill allows the Service Board to utilize a company owned by a member of the CA community.

Shaper Olivia L. and her team removed all items from the closet on Thursday, October 3 in preparation for the event. Each Service Board volunteer earned half-an-event for this endeavor. The clothing closet stands next to the nurse’s office at the end of the hallway waiting for any student in need.

Senior Manager of Donor Relations, Ms. Bry Roberts, says, “The clothing exchange closet is a small but mighty resource for everyone in our community. Our goal is to make the closet as organized and accessible as possible for all of our Vikings.”
