Columbus Academy boys swimming made history as they finished third in the state tournament at the C.T. Branin Natatorium in Canton, Friday, February 24. The boys tied the program’s best finish which was in 2018.

Gavin L., Andrew H., Andy L., and William H. claimed a silver medal in the 400 free relay at 3:09.55. 

Andrew H., Mircea B., Andy L., and Luke B. finished bronze in the 200 yard medley relay. 

Placing fourth in the 200 freestyle were Alek B., William H., Luke B., and Gavin L. at 1:26.97.

William H. swam sixth in the 100 yard freestyle with a 46.77. 

The team scored a total of 131.5 points which put the Aquavikes as the third best division 2 team in the state.
