On Friday, October 11, Service Board volunteers gathered in Ms. Bening’s room to create labels for the Kids-4-Kids food drive. They carefully crafted advisory labels to distinguish each collection box, earning half an event for this endeavor.
After the PSAT on Thursday, October 17, volunteers will construct the boxes for each advisory to store its donated food. The event will last one hour and is worth one event.
The Kids For Kids food drive will be from October 22-November 5. Each advisory receives a list of food to bring in, and there is an Upper School bingo contest with different food items in each square. The advisory who wins the bingo and the advisory who brings in the most food will receive a prize.
