Boys Soccer

Columbus Academy boys soccer traveled to face Buckeye Valley on Wednesday, October 11 at 5:30 p.m. The team dismantled its opponent with a statement 14-0 win. Highlights include a stellar goal from junior Jake H. and senior Noah H.’s first high school career goal as a starting defender. Goalkeeper Evan S-C. had a quiet night as his offense controlled possession and kept the Baron defenders on their heels. 

On Saturday, October 14 at 11:30 a.m, the Vikings journeyed to Licking Heights. The sun shined down on the pitch from a clear, spotless sky. In cool fall temperatures, the team stung the Hornets with a 1-0 win. A lone goal from junior Harry L. and impressive defensive plays from the team ensured victory for the Vikes.

The team sits 11-2-3 overall and 5-1-1 in conference play and starts its postseason journey on Wednesday, October 18.
