Playing back-to-back games on Hondros field, boys soccer beat Westland 4-1 on Tuesday, September 12.  With 16 minutes left in the half, junior Dante R. scoredfrom 10 yards away, followed  junior Nick D.’s assist to sophomore Brian A. to score a second goal. Dante R. ran the ball from the middle up to freshman David M. whose third shot was his first varsity goal. Westland gained a goal from a penalty kick well into the second half, but junior Harry L. assisted Brian A. to score the team’s final shot.

On Wednesday, September 13, the Vikes clobbered Whitehall 5-1. Nick D. and Brian A. scored twice, along senior Ashton D.’s goal. 

The boys face 7 p.m. away games at the Columbus International on Monday, September 18, followed by a contest against the Lions on Wednesday, September 20.
