Movie Review: Don’t Look Up

Two astronomers discover a comet is heading straight for earth with the ability to destroy the world earth in six months.

This movie felt more like a wake up call, showing how much we need to see the consequences of our actions and put our differences aside for the better of the community. Before it is too late.

Screenwriter Adam McKay said he developed the story pre-COVID, but the virus and an apocalypse come eerily too close to make viewers not think of the other.

Scoring 55 percent on Rotten Tomatoes, Don’t Look Up is rated R and available to stream on Netflix.
