Last week, the boys basketball team had two away games, winning one but dropping the other.
On Wednesday, February 10th, the Vikes traveled to Patriot Prep, winning 48-40. The offensive unit was organized and efficient, with senior Brady Hess and juniors Tanner Compton and Kevin Reeves all netting in the double figures.
The Vikes later matched up against Bexley on Friday, February 12. Reeves energized the team with an early dunk to the game, but the boys failed to maintain this offensive surg, losing 38-54. Compton led with 17 points, followed by Reeves with 9 and Hess with 7 points and 5 assists.
The Vikes still boast an 11-7 record and travel to Grove City Christian in their first season matchup on Thursday, February 18.
