BREAK A LEG WITH MAX

This week’s recipe is an extravagant chicken dish that takes only 15 minutes to cook. It has rich, delicious flavors that are ten out of ten! This is one of my best recipes yet!

Ingredients:

2 tsp garlic powder
1 & 1/2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika

2 tsp dried oregano
1 & 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp kosher salt
3 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Steps:

Combine garlic, onion, paprika, oregano, pepper and salt in a small bowl. Coat chicken with the spices.

Heat a nonstick grill pan over medium heat. Drizzle with the olive oil.

Place chicken in grill, cook for 5 minutes, and flip for 3 to 5 minutes until they’re cooked through.

This chicken is ready to serve!
