The wrestling team has finally recovered from a plague of injuries, with most wrestlers back and healthy for the first time in weeks. The Vikes beat Fairborn 36-33 before taking a tough loss to Fairbanks on Wednesday, January 22.

On Saturday, January 25, the team traveled to Athens for a tournament in which Chris Sugar‘21 and Ethan Stahl ‘21 placed 6th while Tiko Bdoyan‘22 placed 5th. Gyvnn Mendenhall‘22 had an impressive day, securing first in his weight.

Next up, the team will travel to West Jefferson on Thursday, January 30, to take on West Jefferson, Utica, and Logan Elm and hopefully with a fully healthy squad.
