Nachos: Stacks by Max

With the biggest football game of the year coming up, this super nachos  dish is sure to satisfy any football fan!


1 avocado, diced

1 large tomato, diced

1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves (optional)

Sour cream, for drizzling

Hot sauce, for drizzling

Large bag tortilla chips

2 cup shredded cheddar

2 cup shredded Monterey Jack

1 lb ground beef

One packet taco seasoning


Cook ground beef with taco seasoning in pan on medium high for about 5 minutes.

Dice tomatoes and onions, season taco beef, and shred cheese.

Place nachos on a sheet pan, single layered.

Add toppings, and smother everything in cheese according to taste.

Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Add guacamole on the side!

My guacamole recipe:

2 large Hass avocados halved and pitted

2 teaspoons lime juice

1/4 teaspoon kosher or table salt

1/4 cup red onion finely chopped

2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro leaves 

1/2  cup finely chopped jalapeno pepper including seeds

Mixed thoroughly until a consistency is reached
