The Columbus Academy Ice Hockey team (est. 2017) had its first test of the year on Friday, November 8,  in a preseason scrimmage against Gahanna Lincoln.

Without the players who were in a football game, the Vikes fell to the Lions 4-5 in a tight match.  

Notably, for the first time in history, two female students are joining the ice hockey team, Suzy L’Hommedieu’21 and Cassidy Jones’22.
