Buffalo Wings a la Max

(Max Walker’22/Staff)

This week’s recipe is my mom’s go to: better than Buffalo Wild Wings and made in your air fryer! Customizable, from naked to a blistering hot sauce, the chicken wing is a magnificent specimen that satisfies all taste buds. Also did I mention it only takes 15 minutes!

Ingredients:

6 frozen or fresh chicken wings

1/4 cup Frank’s red hot sauce or any seasoning

Ranch or blue cheese

Steps:

1. Place wings on basket in air fryer single layer

2. Air fry at 450 degrees for 7 minutes

3. Flip wings and fry for another 7 minutes

4. Remove wings and toss with your favorite sauce
