Something Fishy about Max’s Recipe of the Week

Salmon Caesar Salad. (Max Walker’22/Staff)
 
Because fish is one of the most versatile proteins available, this is my second recipe including salmon.
 
Salmon Caesar Salad has crunch, spice, and creamy flavors and is so easy to make! It’s tasty, healthy, and a perfect lunch or dinner dish. 
 
Ingredients:
 
Salmon filet
 
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
 
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
 
Butter to taste
 
Pre-made Caesar salad 
 
 
Steps:
 
1. Using a whisk or butter knife spread butter into salmon fillet
 
2. Season salmon fillet with even coat on the side without skin
 
3. Bake at 350 degrees until color changes and filet is firm
 
4. Toss salad, put salmon on top, enjoy!
