The past week was a strong one for the boys tennis team. The Vikes swept the courts, defeating Granville, Grandview, and West Jefferson, 5-0 and winning every court in just two sets. Last year Academy played the same teams and had similar outcomes. Hence, these victories were expected. This was very restorative after last week’s upsetting losses to St. Xavier and University School.

This week the team plays Bexley on Tuesday, April 26, Olentangy Orange on Thursday, April 28, and St. John Jesuit on Friday, April 29.

The Vikes hope to keep up their winning streak, even though last year’s match against Division I team Olentangy Orange was a hard fought one.

The team wishes for the repeat of a resounding week and looks forward to seeing supporters at the courts.
