On Monday, November 23, the girls basketball team had a victorious home game against Columbus International.

Our girls dominated throughout, having 97 possessions in the third quarter and 50 rebounds in the final period. Leading scorers were Christina Lee’16 and Savannah Childress’19.

Tori Abell’18 said,”We were really excited for our first home game of the season, and the outcome couldn’t have been better.”

The girls won 47-19 and look forward to their next game on Tuesday, December 1, against West Jefferson, who currently holds the title of defending state champion. Come support our Vikings at home at 6 pm.
