Thanks to the efforts of the High School Student Council, Columbus Academy’s annual First Friday was a success. Starting the season strong, the Vikings achieved a 55 to 14 win against Grove City Christian. The night started with a tailgate on the quad, featuring live music by The Japanese B-Sides. Demonstrating its school spirit with a white out, the student section cheered on its team to a fantastic win, led by Jake Tuckerman’14, Kat Restrepo’14, and Viking Brad Luckett’14. If Friday’s game is any indication, the Viking football team will surely go on to have a successful season, cheered on by its faithful student section.
