On Saturday, January 25, the girls swim team began its postseason, hosting the Central Buckeye League Championship. Despite capturing 5 gold, 2 silver, and 4 bronze, Academy placed runner-up, trailing 115 points behind Bexley. Lillian B. was a key contributor to the team’s success, racking up 32 points for the Vikings. The 200 and 400 free relay squads excelled, both earning first place finishes. 

Looking ahead, the girls will travel up to Gambier on February 8 to compete in the OHSAA Sectionals.
