The Redeem Team, directed by John Weinbach, follows the USA men’s basketball team who seek redemption in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. After a disappointing bronze-medal performance in the 2004 Olympics, the team aimed to change its tactics with new coach, Mike Kryszewski. The movie recounts the games played and the players’ shift in mindset to deliver a fantastic experience for everyone.

The documentary features interviews with Kobe Bryant, Lebron James, Chris Paul, and Dwayne Wade.

Rated TV-MA, Netflix debuted the 1 hour and 39 minute film on October 7.
