On Tuesday, April 26, girls lacrosse lost to Bishop Watterson, 17-7. The team encountered difficulty on the attack and communication, as it failed to run a full attack until the last quarter.

The girls streaked back in overtime on Friday, April 29, against Desales 9-8. When the closkwent into three-minute sudden death overtime, Charlotte R evaded defenders and passed the ball to Sophie S, who shot a long pass to Avery M, who shot the ball cleanly into the net

Senior captain Claudia said. “We have loved getting to know our new Coach V. We have all really clicked with her. We can’t wait to keep this momentum rolling through the next two weeks and into post season!”

Girls lacrosse’ current record is 8-2. The team at 6 P.M. on Tuesday, May 3, away against Columbus School for Girls.
