Would you like to be one of the first high school students in America to participate in a four-day retreat about leading with integrity? CA will soon be offering The LeaderShape Institute (Institute) to US students. LeaderShape is a nonprofit organization that has been hosting transformational leadership experiences for college students and adults for over 35 years.
During the accelerated Institute program, participants will engage in workshops, small group discussions, and team building challenges. By the conclusion of this life-changing event, students should have confidence and skills to make significant community impact. Notable LeaderShape alumni include Google co-founder, Larry Page.
Initially, elected CA leaders will be invited to attend. Afterwards, spaces may open to other US students.

“LeaderShape offers a wonderful opportunity for our students to take an in-depth look at who they are as leaders, what is most important to both our individuals and our community, and walk away from the group with an action plan for important work.” – Dean Thompson
