Over winter break, the Vikings continued their season play, winning against Briggs, Dayton Stivers, and Wellington, and losing to Buckeye Valley. The team won its first home game of 2022 on Friday, January 7, defeating the Centerburg Trojans 47-43. Tanner C., Johnny H., and Kevin R. led with 10, 10, and 15 points respectively. 

On Tuesday, January 11, the Vikings lost in a hard fought game to Worthington Christian, 48-50. Tanner C., Theo F., Ryan P. and Kevin R. led the team with 11, 8, 8, and 8 points respectively.

The Vikes current record is 8-3. They play away against Whitehall on Saturday, January 15, at 7:30 p.m.
