CA students may have spent Valentine’s Day with their immediate family, but the seniors at Sunrise of Gahanna stayed sheltered in due to COVID. Thanks to Ms. Bening and Dr. Losambe, they oversaw a delivery of over 400 cut and decorated cards by 30 upper school students to Sunrise’s house-bound residents.
Senior shaper, Alison Bergmam, led this initiative, having completed most of her service hours at Sunrise, where a number of people require heightened memory support.
If you would like to follow your heart and serve the elders at Sunrise of Gahanna, there will be future opportunities. Check with Ms. Bening for regulations and times.
