Girls basketball set off to augment its two-game win streak on Tuesday, December 2, with a blowout against the Columbus School for Girls—the first win against the Unicorns since November 30, 2021, and triumphing,56-38.
Freshman Nalani C. emerged as Player of the Game, leading with 16 points and beating her previous point totals in each of the last three games she played. Following was Gabrielle C., who held up pivotal plays and earned 13 points.
Katie N. says, “We started strong and were able to uphold that momentum until the buzzer. We are working towards the same outcome for our matchups coming up.”
The girl face rival Bexley Lions on Thursday, December 11, and Buckeye Valley on Saturday, December 13.
