On Wednesday, April 23, Academy’s annual Senior Art show commenced as classmates, family, and friends observed works from ceramic sculptures to colorful paintings. Guests were treated with lemonade, chicken sliders, and soft pretzels as they made their way around the Morris Art Gallery. Seniors from photography, ceramics, and 2D studio art classes presented their works throughout the gallery that culminated in a special exhibit.

Works included basketball photographs by Sunil S., a collage of Academy Hall by Hannah S., a large soccer painting by Ethan T., and a trio of realistic and darker paintings by Sydney L. As well, Owen H. added some flare with his collection of ceramic bowls and plates.

The exhibit runs to the end of the school year, for those who were unable to make it to opening night.
