Tough Week For Girls and Boys Bowling

Last week was busy for boys and girls bowling as they faced Bishop Ready on Tuesday, December 10, and Whitehall on Wednesday, December 11, losing to both teams. 

At 1563 pins, Academy fell short of Bishop Ready’s 1743. Craig E. led with 345, and Mark D. followed with 300. Nathan M. and Jon P. added 263 and 237, respectively, while Ted L. and Xander H-VR. totaled 219 together. The team added 199 in the baker game.

The Vikes also lost to Whitehall with 1619 to 1941. Craig E. led again with 382. Phinn B-M. added 318 while Mark D. scored 259. Jon and Xander tailed 201 and 117, respectively. Nathan scored 79. The Vikes added 263 in the Baker game.

Emma M. led the girls with 222, as Morgan L. followed with 212. Sophie F. and Amelia C. added 163 and 161 to the total. Lynn Y. and Claire M. bowled a 167. The team added 209 in the baker game but fell short to Bishop Ready by 1475-1134.

Against Whitehall, Emma M. led with 220, and Sophie and Morgan scored 203 and 200, respectively. Claire added 173, and Lynn Y. tallied 128. The Vikes scored an additional 218 points in the Baker game, losing by only 152 pins, making tit their closest game yet. 

The Viking’s next match is against Olentangy Liberty on Monday, December 6, at Bowlero Columbus.
