  The boys swim team faced off in a dual meet at home on Saturday, December 14 , and suffered an 83 to 86 defeat to the Gahanna Lions. The Vikings had the two highest finishers with Andy L. in first place with four golds, earning him twelve points and a NISCA score of 114.5, along with Mircea B. who placed second and also earning four golds and twelve points and ending with NISCA score of 54.5. Additionally, Luke L. finished with one gold, two silvers, and one bronze, earning himself 10 points and an NISCA score of 50.5. 

The Vikes also had three of the top five performances throughout the event. Andy L. had the two best performances with a 21.62 in the 50 yard free and a 48.08 in the 100 yard free. William D. scored the fourth best performance of the event with a 23.28 in the 50 yard free.
