The 2024 Girls Cross Country Season officially came to a close. On Saturday, October 26, Clara S. raced in what would become the last meet for the Vikings. Clarsa has run a consistent 21-22 minute 5k. She did not disappoint falling right into her consistent pace. Unfortunately, it was not enough to qualify further. Clara ended in the top 50 of her race squeezing in at 50th. Considering all the injuries and mud this team has fought through, this season has been impressive.

Next year will look to Miranda B-Y. and Claire C., both had glimpses of what next year could entail. The loss of Indigo K., Sophie L., Clara, and Melanie Q., will leave a big hole for the Vikings to fill in the coming seasons.
