On Tuesday, October 8, the Vikings hosted individual districts. Tamanna A. and Sophie W. won both their matches and therefore qualified for individual states. Gabrielle S., Ella T., and doubles team Mary P. and Lara W. each won one out of their two matches and did not qualify.

Gabrielle beat her Worthington Christian matchup 6-2, 6-2 and lost to CSG 6-4, 6-2. Ella beat West Holmes 6-0, 6-0, but fell to her Bexley opponent 6-0, 6-0. Tamanna and Sophie won 6-0, 6-2 against their first Worthington Christian matchup and 6-1, 6-1 to their second. Mary and Lara won 6-2, 6-1 against West Holmes and lost 6-0, 6-2 to CSG.

Tamanna and Sophie will play Friday, October 25, at home in individual states. The Vikings will play in team states on Saturday, October 26.
