The girls golf team was back in action this week on Tuesday, August 27, facing off in a nine-hole dual match against CSG at Blacklick Woods. They took a commanding victory, besting the Unicorns by a margin of 20 shots. Caroline Z. led the Vikes with a 36, followed by Eva L. with a 40. Next was Rosemary J. with a 45, and Claire Z. with a 46. Rounding out the Vikes were Meera S. with a 47 and Ella T. with a 50. The Vikes total was 167 compared to CSG’s 187. 

The girls traveled back to Blacklick Woods on Thursday, August 29, to take on Bexley in another dual match and collected another victory against the Lions, this time winning by 43 shots. Eva L. paced the Vikes with a 38, followed by Caroline Z. with a 39. Ella T. came in with a 42, followed by Claire Z. and Rosemary J. with a pair of 44’s, respectively. Meera S. wrapped up the Vikes scoring with a 57. They totaled a 167 which bested the Lions 203.

They compete on Tuesday, September 3, at Turnberry.
