Nina K. and Ceci R. competed in the girls wrestling pre-regional tournament on Sunday, February 25. Both athletes won their weight classes, which were 135 pounds and 105 pounds, respectively. They will now compete in regionals.

Boys wrestling competed in the sectional tournament held at Ridgedale on Saturday, February 24. As a team, Academy finished 12th out of 16 places. Joseph D., Akshaj J., Ryan L., and Philip N. represented the Vikings.

Individually, only Philip qualified for districts, placing 4th in the 215-pound weight class. Joseph D. ended in 6th place in the 175-pound section.
