Boys golf won another league title at Denison but came up short in the Bishop Watterson Invite. With postseason looming, the boys look to continue their illustrious history in the postseason with a triumph in the upcoming sectionals and districts

On September 20, the team won its 8th league championship in a row, finishing first at the CBL tournament at Denison. A team score of 322 vaulted it to the title. Senior Matthew F. led with 77 strokes, Ethan B. shot 80, Gavin M. had 82, Rowen L. followed with 83, and Jack W. and Alex S. both finished with 85. JV also played and had a team score of 346.

The Vikes competed at Clover Valley on September 23 and finished 9th among 21 teams with a score of 326. Archbishop Alter claimed first place with a 298. Jack and Gavin tied best with 79, Matthew shot 82, Ethan netted 86, and Alex had 88. 

The team has sectionals on September 26 at Denison and plays in the Pickerington Central Invite on September 30 at Turnberry.
