The X-C performance at Olentangy Berlin on Saturday, September 30, placed our a girls in 3rd and boys 13th in the varsity B division.

Leads from Clara S. with 21:18.25 to get 2nd and Melanie Q. with 21:36.04 to get 3rd, plus an 8th-ranked, season-best 22:19.53 from Sophie L. and 23rd-ranked, personal-record time of 23:14.51 from Claire D. netted the girls 91 points. 

Dane C.’s 17:30.70 medaled him 8th and Elliot S.’s 18:17.23 secured him 37th. Co-captain Charlie S. said, “As a senior, this is one of the last couple meets I’ll ever run, so I’m quite happy we did very well.”

The team hosts the Viking Invitational on Saturday, October 7, starting at 10:00 a.m.
