Varsity ice hockey traveled to Strongsville for the Walter F. Ehrnfelt tournament from January 14-15, battling it out in 4 games and ending the weekend tied for seventh.

CA collected two losses on Saturday, January 14, falling 4-13 in a rematch against Worthington Kilbourne and then 0-8 versus home team Strongsville. In the first match, Ethan B. and Eric S. contributed to the scoreboard with two goals apiece.

Academy improved on Sunday, January 15, accumulating a loss and a tie against Beavercreek and Alter, with the former match ending in a 0-4 defeat and the latter match in a 4-4 tie with Justin A. and AJ B. scoring twice.

The Vikings go to Cincinnati on Sunday, January 22, to play St. Xavier.
