Worthington Christian Strikes Academy Off Course

The varsity bowling boys and girls teams played Worthington Christian on Thursday, December 8,  losing and ending the win streak they acquired the previous week versus East and Linden-McKinley.

Jacob M. scored 177 in the 1st game and 183 in the 2nd round. Zecheriah K. and Adi S. followed with 155 and 158 for 314 and 136 and 157. But Worthington Christian’s top point-getters eclipsed with its leaders tallying 403, 365, and 300, ending with 1790 in Game 1 and  1935 in Game 2.

The girls came close with Tori R. achieving a 128 and 142, trailed by Erica D. with a 142 and 85. Riddah A. bowled 115 and 104.  Once again, Worthington Christian had monster scores of 378 and 255 that secured its win, triumphing with 1490 over 1307.

Bowling returns on  Wednesday, January 4, with CA away against Whetstone at Sequoia Pro Bowl on Sandalwood Blvd. at 4:00 p.m.
