Directed by Ronald Emmerich, Moonfall follows two former astronauts and a conspiracy theorist who discover a change in the moon’s orbit. With its trajectory headed for Earth, tsunamis, earthquakes, and meteors wreak havoc on humanity. The trio must find a way to stop the disaster before it’s too late. The dialogue and plot developments are ridiculous, but this wackiness only improved my viewing experience.

The film stars Halle Berry, Patrick Wilson, and John Bradley.

Rated PG-13, it runs for 2 hours and 10 mins, the film came to theaters in February, 2022, but HBO Max released it in September.
