The Vikings faced the Grandview Heights Bobcats on Friday, October 7.

Jake C. scored a 30-yard rushing touchdown to put the Vikings up 7-0. After Jake C. and EJ J.’s touchdowns, the Vikings had a 21-0 lead before the end of the first quarter. Following a Bobcat punt, EJ juked two Bobcats in the backfield, before taking it in for a touchdown. MJ J. recovered a fumble on the next Bobcat drive and ran 45 yards for a touchdown. Another Viking passing touchdown revved the score to 42-0 at halftime. The Bobcats stopped the Vikings on their first drive in the second half, but, Gabe. R. took the ball from a Bobcat receiver re-gaining possession for the Vikes.There were no scores in the rest of the game, the Vikings closed out a 42-0 win.

The Vikings will play Bexley at home on Friday, October 14, at 7 p.m.
