Academy’s volleyball started out its week with a 3-0 win against Bexley on Tuesday, September 27. The first set ended 16-25, and the Vikings won the next two 9-25 and 22-25. The team lost an away match 0-3 against Fredericktown on Saturday, October 1. The match started 23-25 in the first set, and the team’s opponent won the next two sets 20-25 and 18-25.
Academy’s current record is 8-7 and plays next against Buckeye Valley at home on Monday, October 3, at 6 p.m.
