Girl’s varsity fell to Wellington 2-3 on Tuesday, September 14. Arya Chabria and Yasmin Bilgin stammered in first and second singles, but Tamanna Arya brought it back with a 6-4, 6-2. Anna Chang and Grace Philip steamrolled with 6-0, 6-1 in first doubles while Emily Motta and Naomi Chen lost on third set tiebreaks 8-10.

The result was far different for our junior varsity team. Malia Chow, Audrey Lu  and Alina Liu won in commanding fashion, conceding a total of only 12 points during singles. Doubles partners Grace Hunter & Elliana Cain, Isabelle Eribo & Charlotte Baker followed with powerful 6-3, 6-4 and 6-2, 6-1 results, with an overall 5-0 score.

The Vikes battle Olentangy Orange on Monday, September 20, before facing Worthington Christian at home on Tuesday, September 21.
