This week the CA boys soccer team had its first postseason game against River Valley on Tuesday, October 15, at Hondros. 

The Vikes maintained possession and converted on the majority of the team’s opportunities. Senior Sam Massick struck first in less than ten minutes into the game, followed by a goal a piece from juniors Jonah Houston and Campbell Gwin, giving Academy a comfortable 3-0 lead going into the half.

After the break, the Vikings extended its already large lead, thanks to two more goals from Massick and one from Leo Kass’23. 

Our boys look to follow up on this dominant win with a home playoff against London on Tuesday, October 22.
