Academy and Sage have made great strides in the Dining Hall to accommodate people with dietary restrictions, including making Academy a nut-free zone.

Now, they have gone a step further and created a gluten-free bar for students, faculty, and visitors alike.

Sage does not usually have a specific gluten-free bar, because of the variety of foods its provide. Given many requests, Academy took advantage of Sage’s customizable menus to make ensure everyone has the opportunity to have a healthy lunch.
