Two Wins, Two Losses for Volleyball

On Tuesday, October 2, Worthington Christian faced off against the Vikings in the Mackenzie gym. The Warriors put up a fight, but the game swung in Academy’s favor with a quick 3-1 win.

The Vikes lost to Bexley for a big rivalry game on Thursday, October 4, with the Lions leadin the 5 set game, 3-2.

Academy’s squad traveled to Bishop Watterson on Saturday, October 6, for a double header against Hathaway Brown and the Eagles. The Vikings took it to Hathaway Brown immediately, quickly putting the game away 3-0 but lost to powerhouse Bishop Watterson 0-3, raising the Vikes’ total season record to 13-6.
