Academy played its only match this week when the Vikings travelled to Madison Christian to take on the Eagles on Monday, September 17.

Coming out of a long and draining week, a single game was more than welcome to the Vikes, who were looking forward to improving their 9-3 record.

In a close match, the Eagles and the Vikes battled for dominance. After almost 2 1/2 hours, the Vikings came out victorious after going back and forth for five sets, taking the match 3-2.

The Vikings host Westerville North High School at home on Monday, September 24, before facing off against Whitehall Yearling in the Mackenzie Gym on Wednesday, September 26.
