After going undefeated the previous week, the CA girls were looking to get another win under their belt against Bishop Hartley on Monday, September 17. Sophomore Katie Schiano scored an early goal, but Hawks snuck one in with under a minute left, tying the game 1-1.

Wanting to rebound from the draw, Academy’s girls traveled to West Liberty-Salem on Saturday, September 23. After conceding two early goals in the first half, our girls failed to battle back in the physical match-up and lost 3-0.

The Vikes seek to regain their footing this week as they play Licking Heights on Monday, September 24, and then against CA’s rivals, the Bexley Lions, on Thursday, September 26.
