Academy’s ReVoice Performance

Alyssa Batchelor ’21, Sidney Edson ’19, and Sanskruti Admane ’20 sing “Hallelujah.” Grace Harrison’20/Staff

On Friday, February 25, ReVoice held its second annual showcase.

Founded last year by juniors Mira Bhasin and Aylah Mendenhall, ReVoice is the Upper School glee club.

The theme of the showcase was “Hallelujah! Somebody to Love.” Singers delivered an excellent performance of “Seasons of Love,” “Hallelujah,” “Somebody to Love,” and “Total Eclipse of the Heart”.

Every cast member sang several short solos throughout the concert and chose to leave on the house lights and forgo the risers used in traditional choir concert.

The club provides a place in which talented and passionate singers can come together and share music without the pressure of competition.

It’s a great way to meet people with similar interests in the community.
