The Columbus Academy bowling teams’ hardships continued in their regular season finale on Monday, February 5. Despite another solid performance from senior Michael Reagan, the boys team fell to Groveport Madison, 1495-2037. Reagan bowled 296 pins for the Vikings.

The girls had a slightly closer match but weren’t quite able to get the job done, falling to the Cruisers, 1285-1681. Junior Mira Bhasin led Academy with 259 pins.

The Vikes were scheduled to return to action on Wednesday, February 7, but the match was cancelled due to the weather conditions.

The Striking Vikings enter the postseason on Friday, February 16, as they will travel to High Performance Lanes for Sectionals.
