On Tuesday, October 17, the Columbus Academy girls volleyball team traveled to take on #4 seed Northmor in the first round of the postseason tournament. The Vikings came in hoping to upset a talented Golden Knights squad, but the matchup proved to be tough for CA.

Northmor immediately seized control of the match with a 25-14 victory in the first set. Though the Vikes fought hard, they were overmatched by Northmor.

The final two sets were much like the first, with the Golden Knights winning 25-9 and 25-12, eliminating the Vikings from the playoffs.

CA posted an overall record of 7-12 of the season and finished fourth in the Mid-State League. Though lone senior Khloe Dubenion will be a big loss, a roster packed with young talent makes the future exciting for the program.
