For over 20 years, Academy’s annual Senior Art Show has been held in the Theatre Lobby. This year, however, the art show was repositioned to take advantage of the new arts complex in the renovated Morris Hall. Despite the change in location, the brilliant artistic spirit and undying passion demonstrated remained the same.
The art show featured a wide range of craftsmanship. For example, there were paintings, photos, and even the stairwell was transformed into a work of art.
The walls were covered in a staggering amount of artwork, all providing a glimpse into the unique creative process of the artist.
To top it off, there were plenty of refreshments for viewers to enjoy as they absorbed the artwork.
The tradition of the Senior Art Show has always allowed students to express themselves in any way.
The transition to Morris Hall provided the show with more energy than ever before, and it will be a welcome change in the years to come.
The event serves as proof that the new campus is extremely beneficial to Academy’s fine arts program.
